Meggo’s Cleaning & Organizing offers support designed to make your home (and life!) feel calm, cared for, and easier to manage.Services are customized to your needs, with pricing starting at $40/hour.Cleaning Services:

  • Whole home or room by room cleaning.

  • Chores you hate (laundry, dishes, etc.)

  • Tidying and resetting lived-in spaces

  • Seasonal and/or occasional deep cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out support

Hello!! I’m Meghan (aka Meggo).I started Meggo’s Cleaning & Organizing because I know how heavy it can feel when your space isn’t supporting you, and how much lighter everything feels when it does. This work isn’t about perfection, it's about creating a space where you feel some relief. It's about helping you, so you can enjoy your home and your time.I bring a calm, capable, non-judgmental presence into people’s homes. I notice details. I care about how a space functions, not just how it looks. And I genuinely love helping people cross things off their to do lists.I’m based in Burlington, Vermont, and work with folks in the Chittenden County (and slightly beyond) area who are looking to have a home that feels good to come back to.You don’t need to apologize for your mess. Ever. That’s literally why I’m here.

Is Meggo's Cleaning & Organizing Insured?
For your peace of mind, Meggo’s Cleaning & Organizing is fully insured. I treat every home with care and professionalism but things happen, and we are prepared.
How does your pricing work?
All services are billed hourly at their respective rates. If your visit includes more than one type of service (for example, one hour of deep cleaning and three hours of tidying), each is billed separately based on the time spent.
How do I pay you?
After your service, you’ll receive an invoice that you can pay via cash, Venmo, Zelle, check, or ACH payment (includes an additional fee).
Do I need to tidy before you come?
No. Truly. Please don’t. Tidying is part of the job.
What if my house is too messy?
It isn't. Mess is morally neutral.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, unless you prefer specific products, which I’m happy to use.
What if I don’t know what I need?
We’ll talk it through and prioritize together.
Can I be home while you work?
Absolutely. You can also head out. Whatever feels easiest.
Do you help with non-cleaning tasks?
Yes. If it helps your home or your life run more smoothly, ask. Have stuff that needs to be donated? I'll bring it! Stuff for the dump? I got that, too.
Can you clean up after my kids and/or pets?
Yes, absolutely!
Can I leave my dog home if you're coming over while I'm out?
Yes, we will talk about details, but I love all pets!
How long does it take to clean my house?
This depends. We will talk through all details of time and rates before committing to any services.
How often would you come?
I can schedule one-time visits, or recurring visits at a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonally cadence.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please be as generous as you can giving me a heads up. First cancellation is free. After that, I will charge 50% of the services planned for any cancellation under 24 hours.
